Alberta Street Fair
The Alberta Street Fair is tenatively scheduled to go on as regularly planned, Saturday, August 8, 2020. Come back here for updates!
Alberta Main Street staff and volunteers are working with the City of Portland, the State of Oregon, and small business and neighborhood advocates during the current Covid-19 public health emergency. At this time, we simply don’t know when it will be safe to host large public gatherings.
For now – keep your calendars marked for Saturday, August 8th. We are accepting vendor and volunteer registrations, performer applications, and Sponsorship requests. We hope to have a final determination before the end of May. Stay tuned!
The Alberta Street Fair offers an eclectic mix of activities and events showcasing the best of the Alberta Street community – music, art, local performers, vendors, food, and drink for people of all ages.

Hosted by Alberta Main Street, the Alberta Street Fair continues to be one of Portland’s most dynamic and diverse neighborhood street festivals, drawing more than 26,000 people annually. The Alberta Street Fair is a FREE community event benefiting Alberta Main Street. It helps keep us going all year long. A suggested $2 donation supports building a vibrant, creative, equitable, and sustainable Alberta Street. Donations are accepted at the information booth, the beer gardens, or you can make your donation online here. Thanks!
Where: NE Alberta Street between NE 11th – 31st Avenue
When: Saturday, August 8, 2020. 11 AM – 6PM; Music & beer garden at 11th until 9:00 PM.

Cost: The Alberta Street Fair is a FREE community event benefiting Alberta Main Street. A suggested $2 donation supports building a vibrant and healthy Alberta Street. Donations are accepted at the info booth, the beer garden by Alberta Main Street Board members at the event or you can make your donation online!
• Plan your trip on TriMet. Please note the #72 will be rerouted to NE Killingsworth St.
• Ride your bike: Extra bike parking will be available at NE 11th, NE 22nd and NE 29th.
• Driving: If you drive, most parking is street parking. Please be respectful of our neighbors and don’t block driveways!
Check back here as the date approaches – paid parking has been available in past years in the King School parking lot on 7th Avenue just south of Alberta Street (Street address close to this location: 4815 NE 7th Ave) Parking is run by King School PTA.
First Aid: Zoom+Care Alberta is our official first aid sponsor. You will find them at NE 14th & Alberta Street.
Portable Restrooms: You will find portable restrooms at NE 11th, 14th, 17th, 21st, 25th and 29th Avenues.
Garbage and Recycling: You will find additional garbage and recycling containers on every block. Please use them!
Pets: You know your pet best. Street Fair is usually crowded and it can be hot so, if you bring them, come prepared.
Beer Gardens: The Beer Gardens are located at NE 11th Ave and between NE 29th – 30th Avenues. They are open to all ages. Don’t forget your ID!
Stages: Three stages will host entertainment all day! They are located at NE 11th Ave, NE 21st Ave and NE 30th Ave.
