FAQ

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations made prior to 5PM on July 15, 2015 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations after 5PM on July 15, 2015 are non-refundable.

Be sure to link to us in your tweets and tag us on your Facebook posts. Send an email to your friends and customers, encouraging them to attend this not to be missed event!

Keep Your Registration Confirmation: Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbee, our registration system. This message confirms that your registration was successful. Please keep this message as it contains your Transaction ID which allows us to easily locate your record. 

 All vendors must reserve a space in advance.

Payment: Payment must be made at the time of your online reservation.

Prior to registering, please review our 2015 Liability Waiver and Mutual Expectations. You will be asked to verify you have reviewed and agree to this information during the registration process.

February 15 – June 14, 2015 Early bird registration (discounted rates!)
June 15 – July 31, 2015 Vendor registration (or until we are sold out)
August 8, 2015 – Alberta Street Fair
