ALBERTA STREET FAIR vendors

Alberta Street Fair VendorHeld annually on the second Saturday in August, Alberta Street Fair provides over 300 vendor spaces to artists, craftspeople, food purveyors, jewelers, photographers, ceramicists, retailers, non profit organizations, and service businesses. All vendors must reserve a space in advance.

Important Dates
March 1 – June 15, 2016 (11PM) Early bird registration (discounted rates!)
June 16 – July 31, 2016 Vendor registration (or until we are sold out)
August 13, 2016 – Alberta Street Fair

The following vendors/types of vendors are not allowed at Alberta Street Fair.

  • Vendors not appropriate for a family event.
  • Vendors incompatible with Alberta Main Street’s mission.
  • Vendors who violate Alberta Main Street’s Anti-Discrimination policy.
  • Vendors wanting to serve, sample or sell alcohol. (If you are interested in donating product or possibly sampling your product within one of our beer gardens please let our vendor coordinator know and she will determine whether or not this may be possible.)

New Generator Policy: All generators require pre approval prior to registration. For consideration, please email streetfairvendor@albertamainst.org and provide, the make, model, wattage and and noise rating for your generator. ONLY quiet generators or generators with baffle box noise rating below 70dB will be considered. With respect to all of our vendors, anyone who does not comply with this policy may be asked to leave the event and no refunds will be issued.

Prior to registering, please review our Liability Waiver and Mutual Expectations. You will be asked to verify you have reviewed and agree to this information during the registration process.

Payment must be made at the time of your online reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests received prior to July 15, 2016 will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation requests received after July 15, 2016 are non-refundable. In the unlikely event of rain, the fair will go on! No refunds will be made due to bad weather or force majeure. Force Majeure: No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), Acts of God, Acts of War, dispute strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. 

Location of Your Booth
Due to the size of this event and the number of vendors involved, we cannot accept requests for specific spots or intersections. However, this year we will again sell a limited number of spaces within specific 3-4 block locations with an additional fee. We will make every effort to assign booth numbers at least one week prior to Alberta Street Fair.
