Payment: Payment must be made at the time of your online reservation.

Cancellation Policy: 
Cancellations made prior to July 14, 2014 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations after July 14, 2014 are non-refundable.

Keep Your Registration Confirmation: Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbee, our registration system. This message confirms that your registration was successful. Please keep this message as it contains your Transaction ID which allows us to easily locate your record. 

Prior to starting your online registration please read the Liability Waiver and the Vendor Expectations. You will be asked to verify that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions within these documents.

 All vendors must reserve a space in advance.
